Childhood As the child matures, the family may encounter obstacles as they journey along new and unexplored paths. The ARC/Advocacy & Resource Center is there to provide supports to the family which include: · Parent Assistance Respite Training · Educational advocacy services · Workshop & training opportunities · Resource lending library · Computerized information & referral services |

Adulthood As the family journeys with their loved one through the phases of adulthood, issues of independence and self-sufficiency emerge. ARC/Advocacy & Resource Center offers supports to both the individual and the family which include: · Assistance in forming meaningful friendships · Self-advocacy & self-awareness activities · Rights & benefits assistance · Community Education |

Twilight Years As parents & individuals with developmental disabilities age, their walk down life's path may be rocky and uncertain at times.
